Robert Half Civil Litigation Paralegal in Seattle, Washington
Description
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal for our Seattle office location. This role involves providing support to our legal team, focusing on litigation, and medical malpractice. The successful candidate will play a key role in drafting legal documents, conducting research, and facilitating the resolution of legal issues. Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and management of legal documentation, including contracts, briefs, and appeals
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support cases
• Collaborate with the legal team to prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as required
• Manage and organize legal files to ensure information is kept organized and accessible
• Liaise with clients to gather and verify information, as well as to provide updates and gather feedback
• Support the legal team in the preparation of legal arguments, applications, declarations and motions
• Draft legal documentation including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts and legal memoranda
• Handle requests for information and data from colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
• Provide assistance in the preparation and delivery of legal opinions and advice
• Draft and summarize medical chronologies

Requirements
2+ YOE in Civil Litigation
Experience with medical chronologies
Experience working on Personal Injury/Insurance Defense/or Healthcare Litigation cases
Paralegal Certificate preferred
