We are seeking a Digital Project Manager based in Seattle, Washington, to join our team in the Hospitality industry. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and is focused on managing web projects. You will be instrumental in overseeing the successful execution of digital projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Utilize project management tools such as Asana and Microsoft Excel to track project progress and manage tasks.

• Implement project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum to ensure efficient execution of tasks.

• Develop and oversee brand awareness campaigns and ensure they align with project goals.

• Plan and execute digital campaigns, ensuring they meet project deliverables.

• Resolve project-related issues promptly and efficiently.

• Monitor and report on project progress, presenting updates to stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Digital Project Management field, preferably within the hospitality industry.

• Mastery of project management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Asana.

• Proficient in using Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

• Ability to develop and implement strategies for Brand Awareness.

• Strong skills in Campaign Planning and execution.

• Knowledge of Deliverable creation and tracking.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
