Robert Half Engagement Coordinator in Seattle, Washington
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the IT Software industry, based in Seattle, Washington, for an Engagement Coordinator. The role involves a blend of customer service, event coordination, and administrative tasks, providing a dynamic and engaging workplace environment.
Responsibilities
• Serving as the initial point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and detail oriented welcome, and efficiently handling site check-ins.
• Offering concierge services, including but not limited to providing dining and entertainment recommendations, arranging local experiences, and organizing transportation and accommodation.
• Overseeing the setup and design of conference rooms, incorporating necessary furniture layout adjustments.
• Coordinating audio-visual technical needs and escalating any conferencing issues to the relevant technical teams.
• Ensuring conference rooms and public spaces are clean and refreshed as needed.
• Preparing for customer visits by organizing badges, agendas, merchandise or gifts, as well as managing catering setup and refreshes throughout the day.
• Collaborating with account teams to meet logistical needs, such as stowing luggage or coats.
• Managing vendor orders, deliveries, and setup for engagements.
• Maintaining and organizing inventory, ensuring all event supply items are in stock and all spaces are kept orderly.
• Performing additional operational duties as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Ability to use Facebook Insights
• Experience with creating and managing Advertisements
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in Auditing
• Ability to increase Brand Awareness
• Experience in Campaign Planning
• Proven track record in Employee Engagement
• Strong skills in Engagement Planning
• Excellent Administrative skills
• Experience in Conference Room Setup & Cleanup
