Description
ROBERT HALF is partnering with a mid-size firm in Seattle in their search for an Executive Assistant to work closely with attorneys in their Corporate Law group.
Main responsibilities will include leading the intake process for potential new clients, organizing the attorneys' calendars and scheduling meetings with clients and referral sources.
The position would be flexible with some remote work available, but candidates would be expected to be in the office as needed by the attorneys on the team.
