Description
A well-established North Seattle law firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic family law paralegal to join their growing practice. This firm provides legal services in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, and domestic violence.
Duties include:
Overall case management of King and Snohomish County cases
Drafting pleadings, simple motions, discovery responses, declarations, and more
Preparing documents and binders for mediations and trials
Communicating with clients, the court, and opposing counsel
A billable requirement of 100 hrs/mo
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. This position is eligible for discretionary quarterly bonuses. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with match and 10 days of paid vacation, WA standard paid sick leave and court paid holidays.

Requirements
At least 5 years of Family Law experience
Familiarity with WA State court rules and procedures
