Description We are seeking an efficient and experienced Contract Healthcare Clinical Recruiter to join our fast-paced team. This position will play a critical role in sourcing and attracting high-quality healthcare professionals to meet our staffing needs. Responsibilities: Proactively manage sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract and identify potential candidates Screen and reference check candidates to ensure they meet the organization's standards and qualifications Attend healthcare industry conferences and job fairs to meet potential candidates Maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth recruiting process and promoting our company as the employer of choice Stay informed on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices Compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; advising management on needed actions Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred Proven experience in healthcare recruiting Knowledge of sourcing and recruiting techniques Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems Exceptional communication, organizational and negotiation skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, its working, and the detail oriented credentials involved Robert Half is dedicated to providing an accessible and barrier-free environment.
