OfficeTeam Seattle is looking for a temporary recruiting coordinator / associate recruiter to assist one of our nonprofit clients located in the DT Seattle area (while this role is 100% remote it does require a candidate to go onsite for onboarding). In this role you will work closely with their HR Team and Recruiter to support the overall success of the organization's talent acquisition. You will be responsible for various aspects of the hiring lifecycle, including job description creation, posting positions to various sources to maximize applicant pool, maintaining applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews. This position may also assist in recruiting for certain positions.

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Assist in writing job descriptions and creating job postings

· Post and refresh job ads to various channels to maximize applicant pool.

· Schedule phone screens and interviews, working directly with candidates and hiring managers; Ensure interviewers are prepared, zoom calls are booked, etc.

· Provide follow up correspondence to candidates

· Maintain all applicant data in applicant tracking system (ATS)

· Conduct reference checks

· Work with HR to ensure on boarding communication is complete

· Assist with process improvement and development

· May conduct phone screens or recruit for certain positions, as needed

· Other duties as assigned

· 2+ years recruiting coordination experience

· 1 year recruiting experience

· Experience working in a Human Resources function

· Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various job posting boards

· Ability to complete tasks timely, efficiently, and accurately

· Ability to maintain detailed, accurate records with a strong attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and complete within deadline

· Proficient with MS Word, Outlook and Excel

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Demonstrates customer service focus

· Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times

· Has consistent and regular attendance of set work schedule.

· Performs other tasks as requested
