ROBERT HALF LEGAL is searching for an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney!

Role: Attorney Investigator/Labor and Employment Attorney

Location: REMOTE


  • Employment Investigation experience

  • Experience investigating claims through interviews, calls, etc, to determine whether or not an organization's policies have been violated.

  • Responsibility entails making sure organization is compliant with legal protections (examples include: race, women, sexual discrimination, etc.)

  • Be able to do research and fact finding

  • Once determination is made, working collaborative with teams to determine what the outcome should be.
