Robert Half Lead Motion Designer in Seattle, Washington
Description We are looking for a Lead Motion Designer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves supporting our design team in creating unique promotional concepts that enhance the consumer experience and promote brand identity. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity in the design industry.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the design team to generate unique design concepts
• Support the development, execution, and evolution of brand expression
• Utilize your professional experience with design firms, advertising agencies, or marketing departments to enhance our team's output
• Implement design controls to maintain consistency and quality in our design output
• Develop promotional concepts that enhance the consumer experience and promote brand identity
• Utilize skills in brand awareness, advertisements, and corporate identity to support marketing efforts
• Contribute to the marketing department's overall strategy and goals
• Ensure all designs align with our corporate identity and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to create cohesive and impactful designs. Requirements
• Proven experience in a Lead Motion Designer role or similar
• Strong expertise in creating brand awareness through design
• Demonstrated experience designing advertisements for various platforms
• Solid understanding of corporate identity and how to translate it into design
• Proficiency in design controls and their application in a marketing department
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies
• Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite as well as Motion Design software)
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
