Description
A well-established and reputable mid-sized law firm in Downtown Seattle is seeking a dynamic and experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team. You will be an integral part of their litigation team which includes personal injury.
In this role you will be supporting 3 attorneys in overall case management including preparing legal documents, ordering medical records, calendaring, e-filing, and other administrative duties.
This firm offers a hybrid work schedule after onboarding and competitive compensation and benefits.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000 and the position is eligible for an annual merit-based bonus and holiday bonus. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurance; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan + annual discretionary profit sharing, 16 days of vacation/sick days and 10 days of paid holidays per calendar year.

Requirements
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in litigation supporting multiple attorneys
Knowledge of WA state court rules and procedures, including e-filing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
