Description
Robert Half is partnering with a prominent plaintiff firm in Seattle looking to add a legal assistant to their team. If you're looking for an impactful career working on meaningful cases with a collaborative and supportive team this the opportunity for you. This opportunity provides hybrid work flexibility on top of the opportunity to work on a variety of plaintiff side litigation cases. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant and be able to commute to Seattle for in office days.
Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with matching 25%, two weeks paid vacation, 75 hrs of paid sick leave, and 9 paid holidays per calendar year.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is required
Must possess strong calendar management skills
Ability to maintain and enhance client relations
Excellent communication skills are essential
Experience in litigation
Experience in Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice, Toxic Tort, Class Action, Consumer Protection, etc., a plus!
Must have the ability to work independently and within a team
Must have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must possess strong problem-solving skills
Must have excellent time management skills
Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
Must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
Must have a strong work ethic and professional demeanor
Must be able to research and analyze legal documents for accuracy
