Robert Half Litigation Docketing Specialist - Remote in Seattle, Washington
Robert Half is searching for a Docketing Specialist to join an AmLaw100 Firm!
This position is fully remote and Monday-Friday business hours.
Process incoming litigation matters and enter necessary dates/deadlines into the docketing system ensuring accurate and timely entry of relevant information
Docket litigation dates and deadlines, keeping paralegals, attorneys and clients apprised of upcoming deadlines
Audit all incoming and outgoing litigation matters on a continual basis ensuring file integrity and docketing accuracy; includes checking for correct due date docketing
Cultivate relationships between the National Docketing Team members and the attorneys, paralegals and staff we support firm wide
Assist with partner client intake projects
Additional projects that may be assigned based on continual assessment of ability
1+ YOE in a direct docketing role, preferably in litigation
Experienced in CompuLaw software experience a plus
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
