Description

We are in search of a skilled Research Associate to join our team based in Seattle, Washington. This role is focused on driving and implementing quantitative research, which ranges from data collection to analysis and reporting. Interaction with team members to understand and guide research needs will be a daily aspect of this role. This employment opportunity is a short-term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and implement quantitative research processes from end to end

• Collect, analyze, and report data efficiently and accurately

• Work with minimal direction and deliver high-quality outputs under quick timelines

• Juggle multiple overlapping projects and manage competing priorities effectively

• Use quantitative research methods and best practices to deliver flexible, creative, and pragmatic solutions

• Develop and program surveys and analyze data

• Lead quantitative tracking studies utilizing Factor analyses and Max Diff or Conjoint analyses

• Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences and varying levels of the organization

• Solve problems using strong analytical skills

• Collaborate effectively both individually and as part of a team

• Work in an agile and fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes

• Use data management and advanced analytics tools such as SPSS and Qualtrics proficiently

• Collect data and generate insights to inform decision making

Requirements • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in reporting and presentation creation

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

• Experience in conducting research and gaining insights

• Knowledge in quality control and assurance

• Proficiency in data analysis and data management

• Familiarity with various data collection methods

• Understanding of best practices in database management

• Experience in Agile work environment

• Programming skills relevant to database administration

• Ability to work onsite as needed

• Skills in quantitative analysis and quantitative research

• Familiarity with SPSS and Qualtrics for data analysis

• Experience in using Nimble as a CRM tool
