Description

We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in SEATTLE, Washington. This role involves analyzing financial data, providing recommendations to improve financial performance, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop forecasts that can drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and provide actionable insights

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial guidance

• Develop financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making and business growth

• Leverage business systems and CRM tools to maintain accurate financial records and reports

• Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable information for analysis

• Assist in auditing procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Participate in budget processes and capital management activities to optimize resource allocation

• Implement accounting functions and crystal reports to enhance financial transparency

• Utilize software tools such as Confluence and About Time to improve workflow efficiency.

Salary Range: $96,394.00 - $137,155.20

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Business Systems

• Experience with Confluence and CRM systems

• Proficiency in Crystal Reports and Data Mining Techniques

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Auditing practices

• Knowledge of Budget Processes

• Experience in Capital Management

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections

• Proven strategic planning experience at the management level

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand

• Ability to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information

• Self-directed and able to work without supervision

• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

• Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role

• Able to perform high-level financial analysis.
