Robert Half Test Administrator in Seattle, Washington

Description We are looking for a Test Administrator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for administering various standardized tests, ensuring compliance with testing policies and procedures, and providing support to candidates. This presents a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and coordinate various standardized tests, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available.

• Maintain strict adherence to testing policies and procedures, ensuring the security of testing materials at all times.

• Verify candidate identification and maintain the confidentiality of all test results.

• Provide clear instructions and address any queries from candidates to ensure a smooth testing process.

• Foster a quiet and respectful testing environment, conducive for candidates to perform their best.

• Proactively monitor and maintain the testing environment.

• No usage of cell phones during work hours.

• Dress code adherence - black and white/professional neutrals. No jeans, sneakers, or t-shirts allowed.

• Utilize communication and administrative assistance skills to effectively perform job duties. Requirements • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Have substantial experience in administrative assistance.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software (MS Office Suite).

• Ability to multitask efficiently and manage time effectively.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

• Experience with test administration or similar roles is preferred.

• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute positively.

• Customer service skills to interact with test takers and address their concerns.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues promptly.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

• Possess a problem-solving attitude and the ability to make quick decisions.

• Familiarity with online testing systems or willingness to learn.
