Robert Half Workplace Ambassador in Seattle, Washington

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the Seattle, Washington area for the position of Workplace Ambassador. The individual in this role will primarily focus on creating a supportive and engaging environment for both employees and external clients. This role is critical in fostering a sense of community, maintaining effective workplace communication, managing soft services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all employees and external clients, providing prompt, caring service.

• Build strong relationships with the employee community and gather information proactively to meet their needs and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Spearhead workplace communications using various channels to distribute local information, building updates, and upcoming events to our employee community.

• Guide employees on how to effectively use our amenities to enhance their productivity in the workplace.

• Plan and execute community events that promote employee networking, wellness, and our mission.

• Collaborate with other Community Representatives to discuss issues, share good practices, and seek advice or knowledge on specific topics.

• Oversee all aspects of account’s soft services, ensuring smooth operations.

• Stay informed about surrounding amenities to provide accurate information to employees and clients.

• Assist the Workplace Team in responding to corporate services requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• Support in the ordering of office supplies and scheduling of meeting rooms.

• Handle vendor invoices, including coding and tracking payments.

• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure they are addressed by the relevant teams.

• Assist in the collation of team monthly reporting and other duties as assigned by the manager to meet operational or business needs. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance

• Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System

• Demonstrable experience in offering Concierge Services

• Excellent Customer Service abilities

• Capability to proficiently handle Data Entry tasks

• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Experience in Organizing Files

• Proven track record in fostering Employee Engagement

• Demonstrated skills in Stakeholder Engagement

• Ability to manage Daily Mail responsibilities

• Excellent Communication skills

• Ability to Assist Guests effectively

• Strong focus on enhancing Customer Experience

• Degree or relevant experience in Hospitality Management TalentMatch®
