Description
We are seeking an Customer Coordinator based in Secaucus, New Jersey. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks in a dynamic telecom environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Correspondence, Customer Service, Data Entry, and SAP. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and create contracts using SAP and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all contract details.
• Manage inventory blocks, holds, and allocations effectively.
• Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries, including those from companies like Cosco and Walmart.
• Collaborate with credit, sales delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct thorough research to resolve complex issues.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Foster positive relationships and interact with sales representatives who manage accounts.
• Manage tickets efficiently to ensure all issues and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate customer records.
• Handle data entry tasks with precision and accuracy.
Requirements
• Knowledge of SAP is a preferred
