Accountemps is seeking an ambitious Customer Operations and Fraud Management Specialist who enjoys new challenges and will thrive in a fast-paced environment in the Online Gambling Industry. Primary responsibility will be attending to Customer issues as well as handling Risk Management checks on player accounts. To ensure the service given to customers is of the highest standard in the industry while maximizing their Life Time Value through excellent customer service, daily operational checks, and verification. This short-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity is based in the Northern, New Jersey area.

What

you get to do every day

  • To respond to all member queries – using all communication channels (chat, email, phone etc.)

  • Maintain high standard of quality and quantity of responses on all Customer Operation related topics and all aspects of the role – i.e. general account queries, game play, payment info and checks, transactional needs/inquiries and payment issues, cash out checks, Anti-Money laundering and Under-age prevention checks with external agencies

  • To analyze accounts brought to the relevant Fraud Queues through on-going Fraud Procedures and perform fraud and risk management checks, e.g. On deposits, cash outs, game play, chargebacks, AML and Underage etc., and to take appropriate actions.

  • work according to established standards and liaise with the Management and the Fraud Specialists on all Risk related issues (Chargeback, Poker Collusion, Chip Dumping, Chargebacks, Under Age Use, AML cases, etc.)

  • Processing of Customer Deposits through the Back Office

  • Processing of Customer Cage Transactions

    Requirements

  • Must be able to work a rotating scheduling including overnights and weekends

  • Strong computer skills including customer database systems

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Command of Email Correspondence

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

  • 2+ years experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
