Description We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our team in Seguin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous management of inventory data, regularly auditing inventory levels, and resolving any discrepancies. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and will play a crucial role in the optimization of our inventory management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy at all times.

• Utilize ERP systems like Epic Software and IBM AS/400 for inventory management tasks.

• Conduct routine audits of inventory levels and initiate corrective actions when necessary.

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently, providing excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless inventory processes.

• Utilize your skills in About Time, Auditing, and Collection Processes to enhance inventory management.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

• Employ problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and inventory discrepancies.

• Adhere to all safety standards, including wearing required safety gear such as hard hats, vests, and steel-toed boots. Requirements • Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst or similar role.

• Proficiency in Epic Software and IBM AS/400.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions.

• Solid knowledge of auditing and collection processes.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Experience with Interface Engine and About Time software.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
