We are offering a role for a Sr. Financial Analyst in Central Texas. This role involves responsibilities in financial analysis, reporting, communication, strategy planning, compliance, and governance. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on investment financial analysis and financial modelling.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modelling to support various activities

• Prepare and review financial reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations on a quarterly and annual basis

• Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor performance

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and financial media

• Coordinate and prepare materials for investor meetings, conference calls, and industry conferences

• Assist in the development and execution of the investor relations strategy

• Participate in the planning and execution of investor events, roadshows, and annual shareholder meetings

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on investor feedback and market trends

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor relations

• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to maintain transparency and accuracy in all disclosures

• Monitor and report on shareholder base and ownership changes

• Work closely with finance, corporate communications, and senior management to align messaging and strategy

• Support the preparation of board materials and other executive communications related to investor relations

Requirements • Proficiency in financial analysis, including ad hoc financial analysis and investment financial analysis

• Experience in developing complex financial models, and expertise in investment financial modeling

• Knowledge and experience with CapEx, Finance, and Financial Analytics

• Proficiency in using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions

• Experience with Oracle and Workiva software

• Strong skills in data mining techniques

• Ability to conduct financial modeling tasks

• Prior experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar role in the Finance industry

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing financial reports and forecasts

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically about financial scenarios

• Familiarity with finance-related legal and regulatory requirements.
