A fast growing company in the Bethlehem, PA area is looking for a Recruiter for a 6-month contract role. This role will be responsible for developing various sourcing strategies to identify experienceed candidates for the recruitment of company personnel and supporting HR generalist tasks. Establishes and administers the employment, placement, and transfer procedures to ensure supply of personnel to meet requirements. Execute full-life cycle staffing activities including partnering with the leadership to assist in the development of strategic staffing plans, ensuring candidates meet or exceed qualifications.

< strong >Responsibilities of Corporate Recruiter:< /strong >

Partners with hiring managers, providing consultation on recruitment process, develop individualized recruitment strategy for position utilizing Strategic Search briefing form, provide recommendations.

Interviews, screens, and determines initial selection of candidates utilizing Applicant Management System, targeted selection and other advertising, and recruiting methods.

Coordinates drug screens, background checks, and new hire orientation.

Establishes and maintains contacts with sources of employment such as high schools, trade schools, colleges, associations, etc. Coordinates and participates in various recruitment events, ie… Campus visits, Career Fairs, Job Fairs

Coordinate sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment and offer activities.

Assist with other HR department duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Skilled in time-management and organization

  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and a detail-oriented mindset

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent

  • Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers
