Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager with a strong background in SAP solutions to manage and grow client relationships. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering value to clients through the implementation and optimization of SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP products and possess excellent communication, sales, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored SAP solutions.
Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, support) to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP products.
Provide expert guidance to clients on SAP best practices and recommend solutions to improve business performance.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure the continued growth and success of client accounts.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, KPIs, and areas of opportunity.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, with a focus on SAP products or services.
Strong understanding of SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Cloud).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Experience in client management or consulting within the technology or enterprise software space is a plus.
