Description
Robert Half is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support a client in the Cincinnati Area as a Business-to-Business Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive business relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming B2B customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
Process B2B orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Track and monitor order status, providing updates to clients as needed.
Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
Proactively identify and address potential problems to prevent customer dissatisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
Work closely with the sales team to support account management and upsell opportunities.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues for continuous improvement.
