Robert Half Sr Client Relationship Specialist in Sheboygan, Wisconsin

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Representative to join our team in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The role primarily involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating client meetings, and participating in internal projects to improve processes and overall client service delivery. This role is in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized support and timely responses to inquiries.

• Actively listen to and deliver thoughtful responses to client needs, either via telephone, video, or in person.

• Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction processing, and resolving issues or concerns effectively using CRM tools.

• Coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, and ensure a seamless client experience during interactions with advisors.

• Stay current on industry news relevant to client concerns.

• Collaborate with advisors to gather client information, prepare financial reports, and assist in the development of financial plans.

• Support advisors in scheduling appointments, preparing meeting agendas, and following up on action items.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and advisors to facilitate communication and ensure client needs are met efficiently.

• Complete all post-client meeting tasks assigned.

• Lead and manage a team of client relationship specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development.

• Participate in internal projects aimed at improving processes, systems, and overall client service delivery.

• Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance operational efficiency and optimize client engagement strategies. Requirements • Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems

• Proficiency in Computer Programs

• Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

• Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls effectively

• Understanding of Billing Functions

• Expertise in Customer Communication

• Proven experience in improving Customer Satisfaction

• Previous role in a Customer Service environment

• No specific years of experience required, open to all levels of experience

• Commitment to providing an exceptional Customer Experience
