Robert Half Helpdesk in SHELTON, Connecticut
Description Bachelor’s or Associate degree with a minimum of one year experience as an IT specialist.
Experience with IT helpdesk ticketing system(s).
Experience with troubleshooting personal computer and network issues.
Experience with software upgrades, patch management, anti-virus updates.
Experience with system administration and user management.
CompTIA A+, VMware certifications are a plus, but not required.
Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work in a changing environment required.
Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with departmental and agency personnel in a high-profile environment with tact and diplomacy.
