Description
Successful valley law firm is looking for a highly motivated and experienced litigation attorney with 3+ years of litigation to join their team and handle commercial collections cases. The ideal litigation attorney candidate will have a strong understanding of civil litigation and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). The litigation attorney will also be proficient in legal research and writing and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial collection matters.
Draft and negotiate collection letters, demand letters, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court and mediation proceedings.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Stay up to date on changes in the law and regulations.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
3+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in commercial collections
Strong understanding of the FDCPA
Proficient in legal research and writing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
