Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment. We especially want to hear from Hep Desk Analyst candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Shrewsbury, Massachusetts area and is a full-time opportunity.
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems
Answer and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements -Travel to some of the regional dealerships to fix issues on-site
Firm grasp of basic networking concepts
Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
2+ years of prior experience
IT support ticketing system experience highly valued
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
Active Directory experience required
Practical knowledge of Apple iPhone
Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows
Earlier work involving Android Devices
Color printers experience required
Experience with Microsoft Windows 10
Printer Hardware experience desired
Prior experience with SQL
Previous experience working with Wireless Routers
Good understanding of Wireless Connectivity
Microsoft Windows experience
MySQL experience preferred
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Background working with Android Development
VoIP experience highly valued
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
