In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department, and full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse group of positions. Key responsibilities

  • Optimizing digital recruiting resources

  • Helping with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Reviewing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Directing various administrative duties

  • Developing copy and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Guiding internal recommendations

  • Handling interviews

    Requirements

  • 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience

    • This position is best for someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • Qualified in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Adeptness in Careerbuilder

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Office Administration

  • Community Outreach experience highly preferred

  • Sourcing recruitment experience

  • Background working with Media Outreach

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Recruiting Efforts

  • Earlier work involving Job Postings

  • General familiarity with agency recruitment

  • HRIS Database experience preferred

  • Recruiting Functions experience

  • Careerbuilder experience

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

    • If you are highly professional, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, you will be a top candidate
  • Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
