Robert Half Social Media Coordinator in Simi Valley, California

Description

We are in search of a Social Media Coordinator to join our team based in Simi Valley, California (onsite M-F). This role is crucial to our brand recognition and customer interaction strategies in the telecom industry. As a Social Media Coordinator, your main task will be to create and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms, thereby driving customer engagement and increasing online sales.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage social media profiles focusing on Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.

• Collaborate with Ecommerce and Creative departments to establish and implement the brand identity across all platforms.

• Regularly create and publish engaging content across all platforms.

• Plan and implement social media campaigns to stimulate customer engagement, resulting in increased online sales.

• Monitor social media for both positive and negative mentions, engaging appropriately to uphold our reputation.

• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand shopper behaviors and their impact on sales trends.

• Leverage understanding of search algorithms to optimize content reach and engagement.

• Apply skills in SEO, SEM, Digital, and Social Media Marketing to enhance online visibility and customer interaction.

• Exhibit strong attention to detail in all social media activities.

• Demonstrate accountability, organization, and focus in managing multiple social media channels and campaigns.

• Show a willingness and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

Requirements • Proven experience in a Social Media Coordinator role or similar, with a minimum of 2 years of experience

• Proficient in developing and implementing social media strategy

• Solid understanding of social media trends and how they can be leveraged for brand promotion

• Demonstrated ability to create engaging social media content

• Experience in managing various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

• Proficiency in the use of social media tools for scheduling, analytics, and content creation

• Capable of creating compelling social media graphics that align with brand guidelines

• Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns

• Strong understanding of social media management principles, including audience engagement and growth strategies

• Demonstrated ability to analyze social media data and adjust strategies based on these insights. Innovation starts with people.®
