Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The job function involves handling a variety of tasks related to accounting, inventory tracking, and customer interaction in a dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and SAP for data entry and inventory analysis tasks
• Accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise customer credit records and update them as needed
• Use VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and Spreadsheets for complex data management tasks
• Handle and track purchase orders ensuring seamless operations
• Interact with customers, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues
• Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions based on account status
• Perform inventory tracking tasks to ensure up-to-date records
• Use excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounting Clerk role or a related field.
• Proficiency in Data Entry.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with SAP software.
• Familiarity with Inventory Tracking and Inventory Analysis.
• Ability to manage and maintain Spreadsheets effectively.
• Experience in handling Purchase Orders.
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to legally work in the country of employment.
• Must comply with all company policies and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
