We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team situated in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer billing, handling accounts, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately maintain customer credit records and account information.

• Analyze customer purchase history for potential credit risks and manage credit levels accordingly.

• Regularly monitor accounts receivable aging reports and develop strategies for collections.

• Proactively communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices and arrange payment schedules.

• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and billing discrepancies to maintain positive customer relationships.

• Collaborate with various departments, including sales and customer service, to address customer concerns related to billing and payments.

• Generate reports on accounts receivable activity to provide management with insights into customer payment trends and collection efforts.

• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

• Ensure adherence to all company data security protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Skilled in Billing procedures

• Experience with Cash Applications

• Proven expertise in Cash Collections

• Experience in Commercial Collections

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
