Key responsibilities
Route calls appropriately
Oversee office facility
File, copy and faxing for various departments
Submit data in various forms into electronic systems Requirements - Skills to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements
Means to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
1+ years of experience
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
A committed teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued
Automated Test experience desired
Deep understanding of Administrative Assistance
Identity Verification experience required
Accomplishes tasks independently
