Description Position Overview & Responsibilities We have an opening for an experienced ERP Program Manager. The role requires leading the planning, execution, and delivery of our organization's multi-year transformational program. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact between the Implementation Team, Steering Committee, and external resource managers. They are responsible for engaging executive leadership and reporting on the program's progress. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of overseeing large-scale ERP projects, a strong leadership profile, and the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Major Areas of Accountability • Project Planning and Strategy: o Design detailed project plans, timelines, and strategies for ERP initiatives, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. o Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. o Carry out extensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. • Team Leadership and Management: o Lead cross-functional teams consisting of dedicated consultants, business analysts, developers, specialists, and external consultants. o Establish and maintain effective communication channels across all project stakeholders. • Implementation and Integration: o Control the implementation and launch of all the system categories, modules, and functionalities under this program. o Coordinate integration efforts with existing systems, applications, and databases. o Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to maintain momentum and meet deadlines. • Change Management: o Support change management strategies to enhance the user experience of the new systems and processes. o Facilitate workshops, create training materials, and offer end-user training.

Education, Training, Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent experience. • 5 years of experience as a Program Manager leading complex ERP implementations. • Detailed understanding of ERP concepts, methodologies, and best practices. • Expertise in implementing and facilitating decision-making structures among multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS • Demonstrated experience in change management, organizational development, and user adoption strategies. • Project management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar, is highly desirable.
