Senior Human Resources Generalist needed for a large organization in Snyder, NE! Must have experience in managing HR benefits. payroll oversight, HR administration, and great technical abilities in an HRIS systems. Requirements are Intermediate to Advanced in Excel - must be strong in data extraction and ad-hoc reporting. Someone who not only enjoys the generalist piece of HR, but also has a knack for technology and creating reports/tracking metrics. Great company culture and competitive salary package.   • A bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience,

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.

  • Equivalent to appropriate four-year college program.
