Major responsibilities

  • Field and send out send written business correspondence

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • 2+ years of past relevant experience

    • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • success driven attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Proven knowledge of Basic Computer Skills

  • Data entry experience preferred

  • Proficiency in inside sales

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
