Description

Our client is a growing business in North County seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, performing various accounting tasks, and providing support to our management team.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

· Perform monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting tasks

· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

· Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

· Collaborate with our team to achieve business goals and objectives

Requirements

· Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting or related field

· 0-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

· Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and analytical skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
