Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Process payroll and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Assist with employee relations initiatives, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as training and development programs.
Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Previous internship or coursework in HR or hospitality is a plus but not required.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to make a positive impact.
