Description
Our client, a rapidly growing retail company, is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator. If you’re a people person who loves solving problems and making a direct impact, this role is for you. In the role of HR Coordinator, you will facilitate daily HR functions, including recruiting employees, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants.
Collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Conducting or assisting with new hire orientation.
Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least two years of human resource management experience.
Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
