Description
As a Bilingual Receptionist for our client's medical facility, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your fluency in both English and Spanish will enable you to effectively communicate with patients and ensure that their needs are met. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate who is eager to launch their career in healthcare and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls in both English and Spanish.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for healthcare providers.
Assist with patient registration and check-in processes.
Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
Translate documents and assist with language interpretation as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Provide administrative support to healthcare providers and staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized.
