Your responsibilities in this role

  • Stocking and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Capitalizing on digital recruiting resources

  • Formulating and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Executing various administrative duties

  • Leading interviews

  • Forming internal recommendations

  • Backing new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations Requirements - Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

    • The person we select will have to be highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

    • We want someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms in this position
  • Command of Indeed

  • Foundational knowledge in Conduct Interviews

  • Talent Acquisition experience highly desired

  • Strong familiarity with Paycom

  • Solid understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting

  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

  • Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
