Responsibilities
Assist CEO with a variety of real estate tasks.
Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work
Data base management of all relevant documents
Research and analysis of complex legal documents
Requirements - Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information
Should be knowledgeable of word processing and spreadsheets
Well-founded grasp of Closing Documents
Proven knowledge of Preliminary Title Reports
Expertise in surveys
Experience with zoning, planning and land use
Contract Management experience preferred
Deep understanding of Lease Agreements
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate
3+ years of relevant experience
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
