Job Summary:
Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to oversee and streamline administrative operations for a prestigious tax firm. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational abilities and a proven track record of managing complex administrative functions. This position plays a key role in supporting the firm's leadership team and ensuring operational efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Oversight:
Manage and supervise administrative staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement office procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Coordinate and oversee administrative support for key firm initiatives and projects.
Executive Support:
Provide high-level support to the leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence for executives.
Operational Management:
Oversee the organization and maintenance of records, databases, and confidential client information.
Monitor and manage budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards in administrative deliverables.
Team Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between administrative staff, executives, and external partners.
Lead and participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively.
Provide recommendations to improve processes, technology, and resource allocation.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a senior administrator, office manager, or similar role in a professional services environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Experience in the tax, financial, or legal sectors (preferred but not required).
