Description
Robert Half has partnered with a global services company on their search for a Financial Controller with a mix of proven accounting & finance expertise. You will be responsible for the financial close process, providing operations with financial support, managing the general ledger systems, directing financial planning, preparing financial reports/statements, providing data analysis, and preparing financial forecast. The ideal Controller will keep abreast of financial trends, monitor budgets, manage special projects, and oversee a small team of accountants. This Controller must have excellent financial and organizational skills and the ability to develop and implement new revenue generating accounting systems.
How you will make an impact
· Oversee internal control system
· Review and manage year end documents
· Perform financial analysis
· Coordinate financial audit
· Implement applicable accounting policies and procedures
· Assist with the KPI measurements
· Month End Close
· Provide timely and complete financial statements
· Assist with preparing annual budget
Requirements
The ideal REMOTE Corporate Controller will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Other requirements for the Corporate Controller role include and are not limited to:
· 10-15+ years in a financial leadership role
· MBA or CPA a must
· Oracle a plus
· Strong Accounting and Finance/FP& A background
· Pharma, manufacturing, distribution, and/or services industry experience a plus
· Travel required
