Description
Our client, an industry leader in the CPG space experiencing rapid growth is looking for an experienced and strategic Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Finance to lead our supply chain finance function. This position is located in the South Bay and works a hybrid schedule while offering excellent benefits. This role will handle pricing and margin analysis, review inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy, overseeing inventory adjustments, analyzing variances and recommending actions to minimize business waste, conducting cost-saving analysis and driving value creation initiatives within the supply chain.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred
Expertise in Supply Chain Finance with a minimum of 9 years of experience in Finance.
Solid technical skills and financial acumen.
Understanding of inventory management, cost accounting principles, and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis.
Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a team.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
