Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in South Dennis, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in South Dennis, Massachusetts. This role involves a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks in a dynamic environment. You will be a key player in our team, helping to streamline our operations and support the Building Department.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, effectively addressing inquiries and resolving issues

• Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments and taking messages as needed

• Prepare various documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Carry out filing, copying, and data entry tasks, maintaining an organized and efficient workflow

• Support applicants throughout their permit application process, providing guidance and assistance as needed

• Use online application systems to manage and track the progress of permit applications

• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to perform various tasks and manage information

• Communicate effectively with different parties, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills

• Perform any other clerical tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to work. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience with Management System

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong ability for data entry

• Skilled in managing correspondence

• Previous experience in an administrative coordinator role is preferred

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are necessary

• Must have a high level of initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.

• Time management skills are essential.
