Robert Half Digital Marketing Assistant in South Hempstead, New York

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Marketing Assistant position, located in South Hempstead, New York. This role will focus on developing and executing social media campaigns. This is a temporary position that provides an opportunity to utilize your social media skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and improve marketing efforts.

• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.

• Collaborate with team members to generate creative ideas for engaging social media content.

• Respond to social media inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.

• Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand.

• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

• Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.

• Provide constructive feedback to enhance marketing efforts. Requirements • Must have a degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field

• Proven experience in a similar marketing role is preferred

• Demonstrable proficiency in social media platforms and their respective best practices

• Experience with content creation and social media copywriting

• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly adapt content and tone of voice to suit different channels or platforms

• Ability to analyze data and draw insights from analytics tools is desirable

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Creativity and the ability to develop original content that provokes engagement

• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

• Must work well in a team and be able to develop cooperative working relationships with colleagues and clients

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively

• Ability to work independently and take the initiative

• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus. Innovation starts with people.®
