Robert Half Real Estate Paralegal in South Portland, Maine
Description We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our team based in South Portland, Maine. This role involves processing residential real estate closings, maintaining knowledge of title insurance procedures and policies, and conducting online title searches. This is a short-term contract position in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
• Process residential real estate closings efficiently
• Stay updated on title insurance procedures and policies
• Conduct online title searches as required
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage workload
• Utilize Excel and SoftPro software for various tasks
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit information. Requirements • Applicants must have a strong understanding of Real Estate Law.
• Proficiency in handling Residential Real Estate matters is required.
• Experience with Closing Documents is essential for this role.
• Candidates should have a strong background in handling Real Estate Closings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in law or relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Real Estate Paralegal is highly desirable.
