Robert Half Accounts Payable Specialist in South San Francisco, California
Description Our start-up biopharma client is seeking support in their Accounts Payable Department. This consultant will be supporting the Accounts Payable Manager. Project is estimated to be at least one year in length.
Responsibilities include:
-Manage the accounts payable invoices and clear the inbox on a daily basis.
-Responsible for communicating with both vendors and internal departments to ensure all invoices are
submitting with proper back up.
Volume of invoices vary up to 20 per day or 100 per week
Responsible for auditing expense reports and approval process for payment.
Any expenses over $25,00 must have a receipt.
Most of the volume would occur with the credit card charges for approvals.
This role is 100% remote, must be able to communicate effectively, detailed oriented and able to
meet monthly deadlines.
Software: NetSuite, Bill.com and Expensify would be preferred. Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), Month End Close, Manage Vendor Relationships
