What you’ll do:
Our dynamic and fast-growing client is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager on a contract to full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Ideally, you will be able to establish and scale the company's accounting and finance operations.
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate for the Accounting Manager role will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance as well as six plus years of experience. You should also have excellent communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Experience in the preparation of various technical accounting analyses, policies and procedures is required. Additionally, you must be able to assist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation and reconciliation processes. Proficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning is preferred.
