Description
Permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Manager in the non-profit sector, based in Southfield, Michigan. The role involves leading a team of marketing specialists to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, build brand awareness, and support our organization's leadership role in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of marketing specialists to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
• Collaborate with internal clients to establish marketing goals and objectives, identify target audiences, and determine key performance indicators.
• Manage resources and annual budgets to ensure maximum return on marketing investment.
• Translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and cross-channel communication to support the business units.
• Lead research efforts to gain insights into the viability and application of new marketing strategies.
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and generate new ideas to improve awareness within the industry.
• Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, products, and services to offline and online channels.
• Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Work with the Marketing Team to produce valuable and engaging content that attracts and converts audience targets.
• Monitor, measure, and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, seeking feedback and input to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing role
• 3-5+ years of experience in leadership / management role
• Demonstrated proficiency in CRM, Facebook Insights, and Google Analytics
• Must have experience in campaign planning and event promotion, including tradeshows
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing / advertisement campaigns
• Strong understanding of budget processes, including budget management and allocations
• Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing a team
Strong analytical skills, particularly in marketing analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant marketing software.
